In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act as well as the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have up to 7 calendar days, starting from the day after you receive your product to cancel and return your order in the original packaging.

You have seven calendar days starting the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the product to cancel your purchase, unless the product does not have cancellation rights. Please notify Roots n Shoots via email. (sales@pbrtrading.com) We will send a courier to collect the products from you and provide you with a full refund less courier fees.

All refunds will be made via your original purchase method.

Unwanted products must be returned with the seal unbroken and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be used or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

Items marked "Final Sale", “special offer” or "Clearance" cannot be returned unless defective.

If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery, or otherwise does not conform to your order, you are required to notify us immediately via email with pictures if applicable (sales@pbrtrading.com)

If you return a defective, faulty, or non-conforming product to us, the product will be inspected at our warehouse. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to replace the product for you in terms of quantity and type and courier it back to you at no additional cost to you.

Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns. If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the product (or, if applicable, the date you provide us proof of shipment of the product to us).
